國家知識產權局與西班牙專利商標局簽署雙邊合作諒解備忘錄

近日，在第49屆世界知識產權組織成員國系列會議期間，中國國家知識產權局局長田力普與西班牙專利商標局局長阿爾韋托·卡薩多·埃爾維諾舉行了雙邊會談，并簽署了《中華人民共和國國家知識產權局與西班牙專利商標局雙邊合作諒解備忘錄》。

這次簽署的備忘錄是對2001年兩局簽署的諒解備忘錄的完善和補充。雙方同意在現有合作的基礎上進一步擴大合作范圍，包括專利審查、信息交流、人員培訓和高層互訪。雙方希望通過簽署新的合作諒解備忘錄，深化兩局之間的合作，以適應兩國知識產權領域新發展的需要。
